Ministers of Investment and Environment visit Amman Pharma Company to follow up on expansion and growth plans

Amman Pharma Company hosted yesterday, Sunday, the Minister of Investment, Muthanna Gharaibeh, and the Minister of Environment, Muawiya Radaideh, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors and supporting the sustainability of the industrial sector in Jordan. They were accompanied on the visit by Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, Chairman of the Amman and Jordan Chambers of Industry, where they were briefed on the latest developments in the factory and the company’s future expansion plans.

During the meeting with the company’s management, represented by Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mohammad Al-Atrash, and General Manager, Dr. Fadi Al-Atrash, the two ministers discussed the most prominent challenges and opportunities in local and international markets, in addition to ways to improve the work environment in the industrial sector to enhance the competitiveness of Jordanian products.

Gharaibeh stressed the importance of the pharmaceutical industries sector in supporting the national economy, pointing to the government’s efforts to improve the investment environment and facilitate procedures to attract local and foreign investments to this vital sector. He also pointed out the Ministry of Investment’s commitment to providing the facilities stipulated in the Investment Environment Law, simplifying procedures for establishing investment projects in various economic sectors, especially in the pharmaceutical industries sector, and working to resolve and overcome any obstacles that may be encountered.
