We consider ourselves and our people global corporate citizens who are advocates of Corporate Responsibility for the future sustainability of our business and our surrounding environment. We also actively adopt an attitude of care and give back and leverage our knowledge and science to cause a positive impact towards our patients, our employees, and our wider community. Therefore, we focus our efforts on sustainability initiatives for energy use, environment protection, patients’ health and Safety, employee wellbeing, and community give back.



Amman Pharmaceutical Industries is well aware that the efficiency of energy use shall support in the continuous growth and sustainability of the company in specific and the industrial sector in general. Therefore, we have taken a strategic decision a few years ago to move forward and switch into alternative sources of clean energy which lead us to perform an Energy Audit project and implement the necessary means of energy use enhancements. This can surely make a long term positive effect on our environment, our national economy, and our industries’ competitiveness. We are currently preparing for the implementation of a solar photovoltaic project that will generate clean sustainable energy enough to fulfill all energy requirements of our manufacturing operations.


We are taking care of the environment around us by actively engaging in waste management practices. We pursue the utilization of environmentally responsible practices and resources in the construction and restoration projects on our facilities and in our production processes.

Healthy organizational culture and internal corporate environment is essential for achieving high levels of productivity and employee engagement which are needed for strong strategic growth. We engage our company and our people in give back and volunteerism activities across the country especially in areas of less fortunate communities such as participating in free medical events, giving lectures which promotes medical awareness in various hospitals and medical centers, providing free medical eye care at remote areas with our mobile medical vehicle, donating medicine and medical devices to humanitarian relief organizations and to Syrian and Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan.
